The inventor, a Japanese guy simply named FRP, has come up with the idea by attaching a circuit board to the bottom of the trash bin, a camera to monitor the room and a special program to allow the camera to track garbage that comes its way. It will undoubtedly find takers with those who are plumb-lazy or who just have a terrible aim.
