BENEFITS OF GOING BAREFOOT

Our grandparents insisted on walking barefoot on the grass in the morning. Turns out, they were right about the benefits of doing so on any natural surface, also known as earthing or grounding. Earthing, a scientifically-researched practice, has a number of remarkable health advantages, such as increasing antioxidants, reducing inflammation and improving sleep. It also benefits skin conductivity, moderates heart rate variability, improves glucose regulation, reduces stress and boosts immunity. The health benefits come from the relationship between the body and electrons in the earth.
