India to highlight achievement in defence R&D at DefExpo in Gujarat, says Def Min Rajnath Singh

In May last year, the government announced increasing the FDI limit from 49% to 74% under the automatic route in the defence sector.The next edition of the DefExpo will provide an overview of what India has been able to achieve in terms of defence research and development, production and application of modern technologies for use by the military, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Monday. Gandhinagar in Gujarat will host the 12th edition of India's mega defence exhibition -- the DefExpo -- from March 11-13 next year.

In an address at an ambassadors' roundtable on the upcoming expo, Singh said India's defence exports have grown by 334% in the last five years and now India is exporting military equipment to more than 75 countries.

"Our export performance is a strong indicator of the quality and competitiveness of our defence products," he said.

The defence minister said he was sanguine that the exhibition will bring all the latest technologies under one roof and provide a myriad of opportunities to the stakeholders in the aerospace and defence industry.

"The Defence Expo-2022 is going to provide an overview of what India has been able to achieve in terms of defence R and D and production, application of modern technologies, liberalized collaborative policies that we have introduced in a short period of 5-7 years," Singh said.

He told the envoys that the participation of their respective countries at the expo will lead to the development of "mutually advantageous relationships" in the defence sector.

"India is open to doing business on a mutually beneficially collaborative basis, in the spirit of giving and take, for the all-round welfare of everyone," he said.

"At the same time, I can also assure you that the state of Gujarat has such richness of culture, art, food and serenity to offer that DefExpo-2022 will leave a lasting imprint on the participating delegates," he added.

The focus of the exhibition will be to showcase India as an emerging hub for the manufacturing of military hardware.

"The defence ministry will remain available and proactively engage through the next four-plus months to develop and build DefExpo-2022 as one of the marquee events as India celebrates its 75 years of independence as Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav," Singh said.

The 11th edition of DefExpo had taken place in Lucknow last year.

The theme of the upcoming DefExpo will be "India: The Emerging Defence Manufacturing Hub", officials said.

The government is expected to highlight measures at the event to transform India into a hub of military manufacturing.

The government has initiated a series of measures in the last couple of years to encourage the domestic defence industry.

In August last year, Singh announced that India will stop the import of 101 weapons and military platforms like transport aircraft, light combat helicopters, conventional submarines, cruise missiles and sonar systems by 2024.

A second negative list, putting import restrictions on 108 military weapons and systems such as next-generation corvettes, airborne early warning systems, tank engines and radars, was issued recently.

Firing resumes in J-K's forest, search operation enters 15th day

Heavy firing was reported from a forest area as a massive search operation to track down hiding terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's twin border districts of Poonch and Rajouri entered the 15th day on Monday, officials said. It was not immediately clear whether the firing in Bhatti Durrian forest was the result of a fresh contact with the terrorists, believed to be hiding in caves deep inside the forest, the officials said.

While five Army personnel were killed on the first day of the operation in Surankote forest of Poonch, four other soldiers lost their lives in Bhatti Durrian area of Mendhar on October 14.

The Pakistani terrorist, who was shifted from Kot Bhalwal Central Jail Jammu to Mendhar on police remand for questioning in connection with the ongoing operation was killed when the security forces accompanying him to identify a hideout came under fire from hiding terrorists on Sunday.

Besides Surankote and Mendhar, the search operation also continued in nearby Thanamandi forest in Rajouri district.

The officials said Army helicopters made several sorties over the besieged forest area, while drones are also being used to keep a tight surveillance to ensure that the terrorists are not able to flee.

Nearly a dozen persons including two women were also detained for questioning after it came to light that they allegedly provided logistic support including food and shelter to the terrorists, the officials said.

Traffic between Mendhar and Thanamandi along the Jammu-Rajouri highway remained suspended as a precautionary measure for the 10th day on Monday in the wake of the ongoing operation.

Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu region have witnessed a rise in infiltration attempts since June this year, resulting in the killing of nine terrorists in separate encounters.

India & Netherlands desire an inclusive, open and secure Indian Ocean Region: Commander Royal Netherlands Navy

“Our prosperity, economic development and the well-being of our citizens depend on open and protected ocean and sea routes, as they are critical to trade and access to natural resources,” pointed out the Vice Admiral.

“Protecting the open seas is one of the main objectives of our navies. Therefore I’m very happy that HNLMS Evertsen is able to exercise together with the Indian Navy here in the Indian Ocean. I see that both our nations wish to see an Indian Ocean Region that is inclusive, open, secure and stable, enabling prosperity and economic growth, both regionally and globally,” he said, adding, “Tackling any challenges is only possible if we work together, bilaterally and in larger multilateral alliances. I can’t foresee yet how that cooperation will develop in the near future, but I’m positive we can find each other in this.”

It may be recalled that Netherlands as part of its Indo-Pacific strategy has India as one of its principal partners.

India remains strongly committed to expand regional cooperation under BIMSTEC: Foreign Secretary

The national security advisors of the seven BIMSTEC member countries have moved forward in boosting cooperation in counter-terrorism, intelligence sharing, cyber security and coastal security in a tangible manner, Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said on Monday.

In an address at a conference, he said that the grouping has also made progress in finalising the BIMSTEC coastal shipping agreement and the motor vehicles agreement that would provide a legal framework for enhanced connectivity in the region. Besides India, BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) comprises Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal and Bhutan. India has been making concerted efforts to make BIMSTEC a vibrant forum for regional cooperation as initiatives under SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) were not moving forward for a variety of reasons.

The foreign secretary emphasised that India remains strongly committed to further building the momentum towards deepening regional cooperation under the BIMSTEC framework and assiduously working towards making the organisation stronger, more vibrant, more effective and result-oriented. Shringla said the BIMSTEC master plan for transport connectivity, finalised under India's chairmanship of the expert group last year, envisages a seamless multimodal transport system across the region with efficient transit facilities to enhance the mobility of goods and people. ''This will stimulate intra-regional trade and investment in the region. It identifies 264 projects requiring an investment of USD 126 billion over a 10-year horizon from 2018–2028,'' he said.

The foreign secretary, in his address at the conference on 'BIMSTEC: A Vehicle for Growth and Development', said projects worth USD 55.2 billion are already at different stages of implementation. ''With 21.7 percent of the world population and combined GDP of USD 3.8 trillion, BIMSTEC is a powerful engine of economic growth. During the last decade, the region has registered a compound annual growth rate of 6.1 percent,'' he said. Shringla said the member states of the grouping should collectively strive to surpass this growth rate in the current decade, adding BIMSTEC is unarguably a crucial link in connecting South and South-East Asia.

He said the cooperation among the member states in the security sector has a special significance. ''Our National Security Advisors have met thrice since 2017. They have been working closely and have moved forward in several aspects of security cooperation including counter-terrorism, intelligence sharing, cyber security and coastal security in a tangible manner,'' he said. On connectivity projects, Shringla said there was a need to collectively develop a strategy now for financing and implementing the transport connectivity master plan. ''I am happy to note that work in this direction has already begun with ADB conducting the first consultative workshop on the financing of the Master Plan last month,'' he said. The foreign secretary also noted that one of the priority areas of BIMSTEC cooperation is to enhance energy cooperation and expand electricity trade through the establishment of grid interconnection. ''An MoU for the establishment of the BIMSTEC Grid Interconnection was signed at the fourth BIMSTEC Summit.

The power grid interconnection would enhance the energy security of the region by improving the diversity of sources and means of supply to each participating country,'' he said.

Gujarat ATS arrests BSF man from Bhuj headquarters for spying for Pakistan

Sajjad had got his passport issued from the Regional Passport Office at Jammu. On the same passport he travelled to Pakistan for 46 days between December 1, 2011, and January 16, 2012, the ATS said, adding he had boarded Samjhauta Express from Attari railway station to visit Pakistan.

Bhuj, A Border Security Force (BSF) personnel deployed in Gujarat's Bhuj battalion was arrested by the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) for allegedly working as a spy for Pakistan and passing on secret and sensitive information to the neighbouring country over WhatsApp, the ATS said on Monday. The arrested BSF man, identified as Mohammad Sajjad, is a native of Sarola village in the Rajauri district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, who was deployed in the 74 BSF Battalion at Bhuj in July 2021, the ATS said in a release. Sajjad was arrested at the BSF headquarters in Bhuj.

Sajjad had joined the BSF as a constable in 2012.

He was getting money for providing the information which was getting deposited in the accounts of his brother Wajid and colleague Iqbal Rashid, the ATS added.

Sajjad had got his passport issued from the Regional Passport Office at Jammu. On the same passport he travelled to Pakistan for 46 days between December 1, 2011, and January 16, 2012, the ATS said, adding he had boarded Samjhauta Express from Attari railway station to visit Pakistan.

According to the ATS, Sajjad used two phones.

On one of his phones, he had last activated a SIM card on January 14-15, 2021. When the CDR (Call Data Record) of that number was examined, it was found that the SIM card, belonging to one Satyagopal Ghosh from Tripura, was first activated on November 7, 2020, and he (Sajjad) received two calls on that number.

The number remained active till November 9 before being deactivated till December 25, 2020. It was reactivated on December 26, 2020, the ATS said.

"On January 15, 2021, when the number was activated, an SMS was received at 12:38:51 hours. An SMS was received on the same number at around 12:38 pm, which seemed to be an OTP for WhatsApp. The number was deactivated thereafter," it said.

The accused received the OTP on this number and sent the same to Pakistan where he got the WhatsApp activated which he used to send secret information, the ATS said.

WhatsApp was still active and used by some person in Pakistan who was in touch with Sajjad, said the ATS.

ATS officials said Sajjad had misled the BSF by providing the wrong birth date. As per his Aadhaar card, he was born on January 1, 1992, but his passport details showed his date of birth as January 30, 1985.

"Two mobile phones along with their SIM cards, two additional SIM cards were seized from Sajjad's possession. Further investigation is underway," the ATS said.

Top Army commanders review India's security challenges, situation along LAC

Top commanders of the Indian Army on Monday carried out a comprehensive review of the country's security challenges, including in eastern Ladakh and other sensitive areas along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China, on the opening day of a four-day conference, people familiar with the developments said. The commanders also deliberated on the security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir in the face of a spate of killings of civilians in the Union Territory in the last few weeks, they said.

The conference chaired by Chief of Army Staff Gen MM Naravane is taking place in the national capital.

They said the top commanders reviewed India's combat readiness in eastern Ladakh where Indian and Chinese troops are locked in a bitter standoff for 17 months, though the two sides have completed disengagement at a number of friction points.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is expected to address the commanders on Wednesday.

They said the commanders also deliberated on issues relating to human resources and reform measures in the 1.3-million-strong force.

The conference is an institutional platform for conceptual-level deliberations, culminating in making important policy decisions for the Indian Army.

Chief of Defence Staff Gen Bipin Rawat, Navy Chief Admiral Karambir Singh and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari are also scheduled to address the senior leadership of the Indian Army on avenues for promoting tri-service synergy.

The army commanders are also expected to deliberate on various reform measures recommended by separate internal committees, the people cited above said.

They said the discussions on the situation in eastern Ladakh and ways to further bolster India's military preparedness in the region are likely to dominate the conference in the next three days.

"The commanders will review overall military preparedness in eastern Ladakh as well as in other sectors of the LAC," said one of the people cited above.

The eastern Ladakh border standoff between the Indian and Chinese militaries erupted on May 5 last year following a violent clash in the Pangong lake areas and both sides gradually enhanced their deployment by rushing in tens of thousands of soldiers as well as heavy weaponry.

The tension escalated following a deadly clash in Galwan Valley on June 15 last year.

As a result of a series of military and diplomatic talks, the two sides completed the disengagement process in the Gogra area in August and in the north and south banks of the Pangong lake in February.

The last round of military talks on October 10 ended in a stalemate following which both sides blamed each other for the impasse.

In a strong statement after the 13th round of talks, the Indian Army said the "constructive suggestions" made by it at the negotiations were neither agreeable to the Chinese side nor could Beijing provide any "forward-looking" proposals.

Each side currently has around 50,000 to 60,000 troops along the LAC in the sensitive sector.

Indigenous Pinaka deployed at China border, more wait for longer range

The defence ministry has recently cleared a case for enhanced Pinaka rockets that would go up to 47 km as well.

The Pinaka rocket system, designed to replace the Russian origin BM 21 Grads, has been deployed in the Tawang sector in Arunachal, where Chinese reserve forces brought forward last year are yet to retreat.

The indigenously developed Pinaka multi-barrel rockets launcher has been deployed to the China front, significantly boosting offensive capability but the army will have to wait for an extended range system that can take on targets more than 75 km away, with technicalities over testing and validation remaining unresolved.

The Pinaka rocket system, designed to replace the Russian origin BM 21 Grads, has been deployed in the Tawang sector in Arunachal, where Chinese reserve forces brought forward last year are yet to retreat.

Designed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), the Pinaka currently has a range of about 38 km, which is slightly increased when it is deployed at high altitude areas. The defence ministry has recently cleared a case for enhanced Pinaka rockets that would go up to 47 km as well.

However, the game changer would be guided, extended range rockets for the system that can effectively engage targets at over 75 km, with an inbuilt precision strike capability. These rockets would give more standoff range and are likely to be at least twice as accurate as the current system.

Officials said that the guided version of the rockets has been successfully developed and demonstrated by the DRDO that conducted a range of tests in 2017-2020, showing that the system can be fired at over 75 km with precision. The final tests, officials said, were completed in February last year.

However, the case for procuring the guided version has not moved ahead, due to technicalities related to testing and validation. The issue, sources said, relates to an upgrade that would be required in the launcher systems for the extended range rockets. Without the upgrade, the rockets will not be able to demonstrate accurate hits at over 75 km.

As launchers are not available for validation tests, the procurement for the rockets is yet to commence. Sources said that efforts are being made to upgrade the launchers in the newer systems which have been ordered but no progress has been made on the upgrade yet.

As reported, the defence ministry had, in August 2020, inked a '2,580 crore deal to manufacture the indigenous Pinaka multi-barrel rocket launchers for the Army. The contract has been placed with private sector companies L&T and Tata Aerospace and Defence, with a significant portion of work also falling with public sector unit 

BEML

 NSE 4.18 %, which supplies the trucks for the rocket launchers.

The Pinaka programme has been a home-grown success story, with technology transfer successfully executed by DRDO to the private sector for manufacturing the systems as well as ammunition. Of the six new regiments, L&T has been awarded the contract to manufacture four while the balance two will be made by Tata Aerospace and Defence.

New law doesn't stop China from violating other's territory

Since 1949, China has argued that the boundaries between it and India have never been formally delimited or demarcated. India has argued that while this may be true for some parts of the boundary, but not all portions, there has always been a traditional boundary between the two sides based on history, usage and custom.

Naturally, the conception of such a boundary which each side holds does not match with the other's idea, giving rise to what India calls a "boundary problem".

China's legislature, the National People's Congress, adopted a new Land Borders Law of the People's Republic of China on October 23. The new law comes into effect from January 1, 2022.

Since 1949, China has argued that the boundaries between it and India have never been formally delimited or demarcated. India has argued that while this may be true for some parts of the boundary, but not all portions, there has always been a traditional boundary between the two sides based on history, usage and custom. Naturally, the conception of such a boundary which each side holds does not match with the other's idea, giving rise to what India calls a "boundary problem".

Since the visit to China of India's former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in December 1988, the two governments agreed to discuss a boundary resolution while ensuring that peace and tranquillity is maintained in the India-China border areas. While this was happening, the rest of the relationship, particularly in trade, investment, education, culture and technology, was allowed to proceed. In fact, it grew rapidly especially after 2001, when China became a member of the World Trade Organization. So much so, that by 2018 India was experiencing a trade deficit of almost $50 billion a year in its bilateral trade with China. Before too long, New Delhi realised that the playing field was heavily tilted against exports from India. Further, Chinese companies were investing in India through both the direct investment as well as portfolio routes. Indian firms too set up some operations in China, though not on the same scale.

Then, in early May 2020, China overturned the understanding reached during Rajiv Gandhi's visit which had held for more than three decades, by moving large numbers of troops with heavy weaponry to eastern Ladakh. By doing so, China was attempting to ensure that its ground position matched its boundary claims with India. What China was also doing was to violate all the bilateral agreements.

The first paragraph or article of nearly each of these agreements states that neither side will move large numbers of troops to the border without notifying the other side. China did not notify anyone of its troop movements in May 2020. Additionally, China was also signalling that she would settle the boundary through the use of force. Admittedly, China's military moves in May 2020 were of a marginal, 'testing the ground' nature. She had tested similar 'salami slicing' tactics successfully before in the South China Sea with no great alarm or pushback from the Southeast Asians. However, the pushback from India was much stronger and firmer on both military and diplomatic counts.

What was even more unexpected by the Chinese was the steep spiral downward of the entire relationship between the two countries. Not only have bilateral ties between the two most populous nations in the world never been worse since 1988, they are also deteriorating further with each passing day. India refuses to play by the Chinese book of delinking the boundary from the rest of the relationship.

One of the necessary conditions for China to have undertaken her military aggression in eastern Ladakh was an asymmetry of power between the two nations. China's economy is now five times that of India's and her military and technological power is also more than ours. This made Beijing confident she could attempt military coercion on our borders. If India has to rise to the China challenge, we have to ensure our own economy grows once again at 8-9% per annum over a long period and that the asymmetry with China reduces over the long run.

Meanwhile, the passing of the new Land Borders Law by China is a feint, aimed at distracting India from China's true intentions. Laughably, the law states that China's territorial integrity is inviolable. This does not stop Beijing from violating the territory of other nations. Beijing has indicated that she will try to settle the boundary through force. India should prepare for more Chinese military actions and aggression on the border. India must further strengthen its coalitions with like-minded countries including the Quad. The new Land Borders Law of China is merely words. Judge China by her actions and not her words.

Vice Admiral Chawla, the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command (SNC) called on Commanders of the Sri Lanka Navy, Nishantha Ulugetenne, and the Air Force, SK Pathirana, and met Foreign Secretary Jayanath Colombage, the Indian High Commission here tweeted on Tuesday.

He also interacted with NDC (Sri Lanka National Defence College) faculty and participated in the Indian Navy Trainee Alumni get together to strengthen the bonds of friendship, the mission tweeted.

"Paid homage to the martyrs of #IPKF," the high commission's tweet added.

The Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) was an Indian military contingent deployed in Sri Lanka between 1987 and 1990 to perform peacekeeping operations during the island nation's brutal civil war between the government military and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).

Six ships of the Indian Navy's first training squadron arrived in Sri Lanka on Sunday for a four-day training and bilateral defence exercise.

The visiting Indian ships are part of the Southern Naval Command (SNC), which is the Training Command of the Indian Navy and is headed by Vice Admiral Chawla.

The Indian Navy has been imparting training to international trainees for more than four decades now. A large number of officers and sailors from Sri Lanka are undergoing various ab-initio to advanced courses at the SNC.

During the visit, various training activities have taken place and more are planned with the aim to enhance interoperability of the two forces.

A total of 75 officers, 153 officer cadets, 10 NCC cadets and 530 sailors form part of the visit.

India, UK take part in maiden bilateral tri-service exercise 'Konkan Shakti 2021'

 Synopsis

According to an Indian Navy official, all participating units were split into two opposing forces with the aim of achieving 'sea control' to land Army ground-troops at a pre-designated site.

Maiden India – UK Joint Tri-Service exercise - Ex Konkan Shakti

The sea phase of the maiden bilateral tri-service exercise 'Konkan Shakti 2021' between the UK and Indian Armed Forces commenced off the Konkan coast in the Arabian Sea.

According to an Indian Navy official, all participating units were split into two opposing forces with the aim of achieving 'sea control' to land Army ground-troops at a pre-designated site.

One force was led by the Flag Officer Commanding Western Fleet and comprised the flagship INS Chennai, other warships of the Indian Navy and HMS Richmond, the Royal Navy's Type 23 frigate. The other force operated under the UK Carrier Strike Group comprising aircraft carrier, HMS Queen Elizabeth, other UK and Netherland naval ships, and Indian warships.

The official further said that the two forces integrated within their groups with exercises such as replenishment at sea approaches, air direction and strike operations by fighter aircraft (MiG 29Ks and F35Bs), cross control of helicopters (Sea King, Chetak and Wildcat), transiting through war-at-sea scenarios, and gun shoots on expendable air targets.

"The simulated induction of Army troops was also undertaken and was followed by setting up of a joint command operations centre. The two forces thereafter affected a rendezvous at sea with advanced air and sub-surface exercises," said the official.

Talking about the air operations, the official said that it included strikes on the combined formation by Indian maritime patrol aircraft (MPA) Dornier, fighters of the Indian Navy (MiG 29Ks), Royal Navy (F35Bs) and Indian Air Force (SU-30 and Jaguars), as well as a composite flypast over the formation.

Sub-surface exercises with an Indian Scorpene-class submarine and underwater remote-controlled vehicle EMATT, operated by the Royal Navy, were undertaken through the night. Indian MPA, P8I, also participated in the exercise.

વ્હેલેરા પધારજો મારા મામા ના લદનમાં જરૂર ને જરૂર પધારજો....

ચહેરો ભૂલી જાસો તો ફરિયાદ નહિ કરીએ,

નામ ભૂલી જાસો તો શિકાયત નહિ કરીએ,

પણ જો અમારા ફઈ ના લગ્નમાં આવાનું 

ભૂલી જાસો તો માફ નહિ કરીએ...!

ઉડ પંખી આકાશમાં પત્રિકા લઈ ચાંચમાં પહાડ આવે તો પાર કરજે,

મંદિર આવે તો દર્શન કરજે, નદી આવે તો સ્નાન કરજે,

અમારા સગા સબંધી મળે તો કેહજે કે 

અમારા કાકા તથા મામા ના લગ્નમાં જલુલ જલુલ આવશો... હો... 

અમે રાહ જોશું...

આમતો અમે નાના અને નાજુક એટલે મોટાઓ ને કઈ કહેવાય નહિ. 

પરણે છે અમારા દીદી અને માસી એટલે ચુપ રહેવાય નહિ,

જો...જો...હો... લગ્નમાં આવવાનું ભૂલાય નહિ..

મામા લાવશે મામી, રાજી થાશે નાના નાની,

મામી છે અમારી ન્યારી..ન્યારી...લાગશે સૌ ને પ્યારી... પ્યારી...

નયન મળ્યા... હ્રદય મળ્યા...હસ્ત મેળાપના ચોધડિયા મળ્યા...

સૌથી વિશેષ આપના શુભ આશીર્વાદ મળશે....

હરખના તેડા ને હૈયા ની પ્રીત, 

મારા "દાદી", "માસી", "ફઈ"

 ના લદનમાં જરૂર આવજો...

સમયની ધડી છે ન્યારી, કુદરતની ક્રુપા છે પ્યારી,

અતિ આનંદ છે અમોને,

રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ તમારી, તો કરો મારા ભાઈ ના લદનમાં આવવાની તૈયારી...

સ્નેહના સંબંધ નું વાવેતર થશે, જીવન નો અમૂલ્ય પ્રસંગ બનશે,

ત્રણેય લોક માં શરણાઈ ગુંજશે, પણ તમારા વગર કોઈ કમી રહી જશે

તો મારા ભાઈ ના લગના માં જરૂર પધારસો...

વાગશે ઢોલ ને શરણાઈ ના સૂર રેલાશે,

કરીશું પ્રેમ ના રંગો ની રંગોળી અને સંબંધ બંધાશે રડીયામણી રાતે,

સંગીત ના તળે રમસુ રાસે આવો પધારો  અમારા આંગણે,

તમારાથી જ અમારી શોભા થાશે...

મીઠા મધુર એવા લગ્નના પ્રસંગ મા

સ્નેહ ના રંગો થી રંગોળી પૂરાવજો

કુમકુમ કેરા સાથીયા બનશે અમારા અંગના માં

અપનો કીમતી સમય ફાળવી જરૂર ને જરૂર આવજો...

મંગલ ફેરા વર વધુ ના પુષ્પો થી વધાવીશું,

ગીત, ઢોલ અને શરણાઈ થી મધુર સુર રેલાવીશું

ઉપસ્થિતિ હશે આપ વડીલો, સ્નેહી સંબંધી, મિત્રો ની

જેનાથી આ શુભ પ્રસંગ ને અવિસ્મરણીય બનાવીશું......

દીવડાઓ પ્રગટાવી રાખ્યા છે આપની રાહમાં અત્યારે

હ્રદય અધીરા બની રહ્યા છે આપની વાટ પર

હો !.... હો... કેવી મજા પડશે તો તમે પણ મામાની જાનમાં જલુલ ને જલુલ આવજો હો...
