The price of applying mehandi is `100 to `150 in the morning and goes to `300 per hand at night according to the long queues that continue to stretch."Shreya Relan, a local resident said, "I am getting my both hands and arms traced with Arabic mehandi. This is my first karwa chauthand Arabic floral design on my hands would enhance my dress."
    Khushbhu Wadhwa, who runs a beauty parlour says, "Now-a-days, everything is just reduced to fashion and show-off. However, getting mehandi on karwa chauthis still a good thing as people are celebrating their culture in an enthusiastic manner and it also helps in getting good business for mehandiwalas."
